During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slighly longer processing time.

You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.

Refund Policy

1. MAKE TO ORDER  products are pre orders and it will take minimum 2 or maximum 3 weeks to get ready on order.

(Payment Mode will be in advance for pre orders products)

2. International orders duration delivery minimum 2 or maximum 3 weeks, Tracking number will be provided via email after completing and dispatching the orders.

3. If there any damage or any fault or difference you would find JSA JEWELLERY will be responsible to change the Product, the customer would have to resend the parcel through PAKISTAN POST courier service at JSA Sell Asset Store JWELLERY’s  Address.

4. The customers who wants to exchange the Items with another like (Bangles size, Bangles design) or whatever they have to pay 350/- PKR delivery charges.

5. Customers can Cancel/Changes there orders after 2 hours of order submission after that no one will be entertain. They have to received there orders at any cost.

6.Customer should add Complete and proper address with House number, Block number and street number Or Nearest famous Landmark in order to get there parcel at doorstep. Incomplete address orders will be cancelled.

7. We strictly follow no refund and no return policy.

8. Every Sale item or Stock clearance Sale item would not be change nor refund.
